Our local area is blessed more than we sometimes realize! 2020 is the first year, that Fort Recovery Insurance has been able to participate in Grain Bin Safety Week with Nationwide Insurance! As we prepared for the week, we discussed nominating our local fire departments for the Grain Bin Rescue Tube sand training. After a conversation with Southwest Mercer Fire District, it is our understanding that Southwest Mercer and many of the other surrounding Fire Departments are ahead of the technology and already have tubes available due to a generous donation from generous local business! A special thank you to the local businesses who helped Southwest Mercer acquire this lifesaving technology!
